Shipping & ReturnsStandard Delivery: We ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail for domestic shipments and USPS International First Class for International addresses. Orders to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. For alternate shipping requests, place call 707-829-3500. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for regular shipping and delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified immediately by e-mail after we process your order if an item(s) is out of stock. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are at a flat rate: All orders $100.00 and over include FREE SHIPPING and will ship USPS STANDARD DELIVERY or INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL. Some Notes On Shipping USPS: 1. Shipping days are Monday-Friday (non-holidays). Most orders are shipped within two (2) business days (excluding weekends, national holidays and backordered items). 2. Packages are delivered Monday thru Saturday by the USPS. Signatures are not required. 3. Merchandise is shipped in white post office box mailers. The return address reads "YotoBags". 4. Delivery confirmation or tracking numbers are provided via email when items are shipped. Please be aware that SPAM blockers may prevent customers from receiving these emails (especially AOL). 5. Single item orders are shipped in boxes or mailers that fit into a standard mailbox. For larger orders or smaller mailboxes, please ensure that there is a secure area for packages to be left by the USPS in the event that no one is home to accept delivery. Please understand that we can not be responsible for items that are lost or stolen AFTER the Delivery Confirmation scan reports the items as “Delivered”. Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we'll exchange it, replace it or refund you money. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns and Exchanges: To return an item simply download, print and fill out the return form and include it along with your item. Ship exchanges/returns to the address on the form via UPS or any other traceable method. Original shipping charges are not refundable and all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, we will gladly pay for return shipping charges on the exchanged item back to you. |
